2111 ECMA's teacher coaching is based on real classroom experience and a thorough understanding of special education requirements. The coaching program is practical, structured, and designed to help educators work effectively within systems while upholding professionalism and clarity.

This cohort is designed for Middle School Special Education Life Skills teachers, but Elementary and High School Life Skills teachers are also welcome. The strategies, systems, and support provided can be adapted for all grade levels.

This small cohort will offer monthly training, coaching, and encouragement from September to June during the 2026–2027 school year.
